Our Process:
We'll start by doing a walk through of your home with you so that you can share all of your project ideas and concerns. From there we will present a free estimate and help you determine what is feasible within your budget. We have design consultants available should you require assistance creating your vision. Once we have determined the full scope of the project, we will acquire the needed materials and get started. For most interior projects we will have a team of two to four people onsite working to bring your vision to life. Throughout the entire process you will remain in close contact with your Lamb Contracting project manager. He will orchestrate all material deliveries and communicate project updates and milestones as well as any issues that arise. In contracting, especially in dealing with older homes, we cannot gurantee that there won't be obstacles, but we can guarantee that we will clearly communicate any setbacks and that each issue will be resolved with integrity.
